Tip:  Try to sell in bulk to minimize shipping costs.

2. Contemporary 6-Photo Family Collage Picture Frames

You can buy a case of 24 for $24 dollars.   

Lowest price for similar family frames on Amazon runs anywhere from $10-20 dollars!   Assuming average selling price of $12 dollars, that would mean profit would be close to $264 dollars (before fees)!

Tip:  Try to sell in bulk to minimize shipping costs and make sure to display with nice photos and in areas of the house where it would pop out.

3. Translucent Swirl Glass Trumpet Vases, 7.5 in.

You can buy a case of 24 for $24 dollars.   

Lowest price for similar Vase on Amazon is $8 dollars each!   That would mean profit would be close to $168 dollars (before fees)!

Tip:  Try to sell in bulk to minimize shipping costs.  Also, showcase the ballons in a birthday party to give it a more enticing look.

Tip:  Showcase the marbles in prepared bowls to entice buyers.

In Conclusion

At the time of writing, there was very little competition on Amazon for these 6 items.  The Dollar Tree is full of items that can be resold on Amazon, what have you found?

Remember that you do not have to limit yourself to selling on Amazon only as all of these items can be easily sold on eBay, Etsy and even locally.

  1. This is great, but you have to open a sales platform with amazon or ebay first before you can start selling. That’s the challenge I’m facing right now

  2. while I like the idea I tend to think that there is no market for these items online except for in rural areas where you have to travel 30 mins to the nearest town. The next person would just go to their local dollar store and purchase the items on their own.
    But then again whats the risk? $100 today is better than no money tomorrow…
